General Terms and Conditions

We believe in fostering a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship, and these terms are designed to ensure a fair and secure experience for all parties involved. The following terms and conditions apply to passengers booking with GTA Airport Limo which is the trading name of R&Z Transportation Services Inc., a company incorporated in the province of Ontario, Canada and therefore subject to Ontario provincial laws and Canadian federal laws where applicable.

GTA Airport Limo (acting Canadian agent for suppliers of ground transportation) agrees to abide by the representations made in this document.

Payment is required at the time of booking. After booking, GTA Airport Limo will provide written confirmation of all booking details by way of email. This voucher should be presented to GTA Airoprt Limo agents at the beginning of each leg of each GTA Airport Limo transfer.

For the convenience of guests booking by telephone, the GTA Airport Limo booking terms and conditions are available on the  GTA Airport Limo web site or by email.

GTA Airport Limo accepts bookings for travel on services provided by operators other than GTA Airport Limo. When booking these transfers GTA Airport Limo acts as an agent for the transportation provider who accepts liability and provides licensing and insurance for the transportation provided.

The client bears the sole responsibility of reviewing the confirmation/contract for accuracy. It is imperative that the client responds to our confirmation via email, confirming the accuracy of the contract/confirmation contents. Failure to respond to our confirmation automatically relieves us of liability for any inconsistencies in your service. Any deposits (cash or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable if the renter cancels for any reason.

ALL SERVICES MUST BE PRE-PAID, AND ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCES MUST BE SETTLED BEFORE THE SERVICE INITIATES AT THE INITIAL PICK-UP LOCATION. ANY OVERTIME CHARGES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE OVERTIME STARTING, PROVIDED THAT AN EXTENSION ON THE VEHICLE'S TIME IS AVAILABLE.

Please note that any requested changes to a reservation are subject to availability. Any change requests made within 48 hours of the service date and time cannot be considered.

Additional services requested by the client, not specified in the contract, will incur extra charges. The cost will be determined based on the nature of the additional service(s) requested and is subject to vehicle availability.

For safety, clients are required to fasten their seat belts while seated in the vehicle. It is prohibited to stand or move around while the vehicle is in motion.

Chauffeurs reserve the right to end services without refund if passengers fail to adhere to the company's terms and conditions. To avoid overtime charges or service termination, passengers must be ready at scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. Overtime charges commence after a 15-minute grace period and will be billed in hourly increments according to the contracted rate specified in your confirmation. Please refer to your contract/confirmation for the prescribed rates based on the vehicle type.

For all wedding or livery plans, itineraries must be submitted via email as a response to the initial booking confirmation, strictly two weeks before the scheduled date. These details should be directly typed in the email body without attachments to ensure efficient service.

Not providing the required itinerary or schedule will lead to the cancellation of service without prior notice and forfeiture of any refund.

GTA Airport Limo holds no responsibility for items lost or left behind in the vehicle. Clients are urged to thoroughly check for their belongings before leaving the vehicle.

GTA Airport Limo holds no responsibility for delays or service termination due to unsafe winter road conditions (such as unsalted roads or accidents).

Changes to reservations must be submitted in writing and might not be accommodated for last-minute requests. By signing this form, you authorize GTA Airport Limo to charge any outstanding fees to the credit card on file.

1. Cancellation and No Show Policy
All cancelation requests must be made by email to info@gtaairportlimo.ca. All emails to this address receive a time stamped reply email. This is your confirmation that we have received your request.

Cancellation policies for various vehicle types differ:

  • For sedans and SUVs, a cancellation incurs a full charge equal to the base fare price plus a 20% gratuity.
  • For stretch SUV limousines, limousine party buses, vans/mini buses, and coach buses, the full contract amount will be charged upon cancellation. If no contract exists, the vehicles' hourly minimum applies.
  • Prom and Wedding contracts follow a strict policy; cancellation results in charges equal to the full contract amount, with the vehicles' hourly minimum applied if no contract exists.
  • In the event of a 'no show,' a fee equivalent to the base fare price, plus a 20% gratuity, along with any applicable wait time fees, will be charged.
  • Reserving a vehicle for service or transfers requires a 100% deposit.
  • To avoid a 'no show' fee, kindly contact us if you encounter difficulty locating your designated vehicle.
  • Sedan and SUV:
    2 hours prior to pickup time or garage leave time on airport service, 4 hours prior to pick up time or garage leave time on hourly charters.
  • Passenger and Executive Van:
    4 hours prior to pickup time or garage leave time on airport service, 8 hours prior to pick up time or garage leave time on hourly charters.
  • Limousine:
    48 hours prior to pickup time. 6 hours notice on airport transfers.
  • Mini and Limo Coaches:
    12 hours prior to pickup time or garage leave time on airport service, 24 hours prior to pick up time or garage leave time on hourly charters.
  • Motor Coaches:
    Three weeks prior to pickup day/time on hourly charters and four weeks on Day or Out of Town Charters.
  • Special events include major sporting & social events, premium concerts, New Years, Thanksgiving & Christmas Eves, peak demand Prom nights, and similar peak/high demand events. Cancellation policy for such events is a minimum 1 week prior to the pickup time on the day of the event, on all vehicles chartered.

2. Missed Transfers

  • Our standard policy with regard to missed transfers is full forfeit of the amount paid at the full discretion of  GTA Airport Limo.
  • In the event of delayed or cancelled flights, you MUST advise GTA Airport Limo by telephone immediately. Failure to do so will result in full forfeit of the amount paid at the full discretion of GTA Airport Limo.

3. Ammendments To Booking
The destination and pickup addresses on your ticket are the address to which you will disembark and embark. Should you wish to change these or any other details, this must be done by email at least 72 hours prior to the date of travel (inbound or outbound). Significant changes in destination or pickup addresses may constitute a route alteration which is covered in section 4 - "Route Alterations".

4. Route Alterations
4.1 Route altrations more than 72 hours prior to thhe date of travel
If the new trip price is greater than the original amount charged, an additional invoice will be generated and emailed to the customer If the new trip price is less than the original amount charged, the remaining amount will be credited to the customer's account.
4.2 Route altration less than 72 hours prior to the date of travel
An administrative change fee of 25% applies (based on the original amount paid) and the amount already paid will be applied to the new route. Transportation will be arranged on a best efforts basis.

5. Additional Charges
All trip prices are for "direct" trips with one pickup and one drop-off point and assume that you are on time for your trip pickup. Our transportation partners reserve the right to charge additional fees which are payable directly to your driver. If you have any questions please ask your driver. All additional charges will be reasonable and are at the sole discretion of the transportation partner. Additional fees may be charged for:

  • Late departures that are within your control (not including late or cancelled flights).
  • Additional stops en route.
  • Additional pickups.
  • Unnecessary route alterations.
  • Additional drop-offs.

6. Luggage Allowance and Declaration
GTA Airport Limo uses standard luggage capacities when determining the passenger and luggage capacity of vehicles. Each guest is allowed a base amount of 1 suitcase or the equivalent and a 'carry on' handbag. Any additional luggage must be declared upon booking. All luggage should be labeled with the owners name and destination. If any luggage arrives undeclared  GTA Airport Limo reserves to right to refuse transfer or to charge additional fees for transport of said luggage. The fees or refusal is at the discretion of GTA Airport Limo.

7. Conditions of Transport
GTA Airport Limo reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers and appointed agents the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all  GTA Airport Limo vehicles in accordance with commercial vehicle regulations.

GTA Airport Limo will endeavor to ensure that all transfers arrive at the agreed upon time. GTA Airport Limo will not incur any liability  whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under local law by the primary transportation provider. GTA Airport Limo  can not accept any liability whatsoever for accidents or injuries during any portion of any transfer. Customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. All liability is assumed by the primary transportation provider.Circumstances beyond the control of GTA Airport Limo and contracted companies may prevent the timely delivery of guests to their destinations. Anything beyond the control of GTA Airport Limo that interrupts or stops any transfer does not in any way result in any liability for GTA Airport Limo. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:

  • Missed flights due to transportation delays (flight insurance is highly recommended)
  • Accidents causing delays to the vehicle
  • Exceptional or severe weather conditions including snow or flood.
  • Compliance with requests of the police
  • Deaths and accidents on the road
  • Vandalism and terrorism
  • Unforeseen traffic delays
  • Industrial action by third parties
  • Problems caused by other customers
  • Other circumstances affecting passenger safety
  • Bookings that have been made showing incorrect details of dates, flight times etc.
  • Failure by the client to produce their arrival/departure instructions


If GTA Airport Limo fails for any reason in delivery of passengers to their confirmed destination, the company will provide suitable transport such as another coach, private car, taxi etc.

GTA Airport Limo shall only be liable for any reasonable and foreseeable consequential losses arising directly out of a breach in contract. In such cases our liability shall be limited to $500.00 per booking.

GTA Airport Limo reserves the right at any time to assign any part of this Agreement (or all of it) to any associated or sub-contracted company or to any third party.

It is the customer's responsibility to report any problems with his/her transfer in a timely manner so that GTA Airport Limo has the reasonable opportunity to address and correct the problem. It is the customer's obligation to do all in his/her power to mitigate any loss.

These Conditions of Transport and any transportation which we agree to provide you (in respect of yourself and/or your baggage) shall be governed by the laws of country in which the transfer occurs or is planned to occur. GTA Airport Limo and its associated and contracted companies agree to operate within the rules and regulations of transportation for the district(s) in which the transport takes place.

8. Infants Under 2 Years Old
Children under 2 years of age will be required to be counted as passengers unless otherwise noted. GTA Airport Limo does ensure the availability of child seats but they must be arranged in advance of the transfer.

9. Billing
The purchaser (cardholder) agrees, at the chauffeur's and management's discretion, to assume full liability for all charges that may incur during the service.

  • a. A 20% gratuity will be included in all ride bills, calculated based on the base fare, stop time, wait time, and holiday surcharges. These details will be clearly itemized on the customer's billing statement.
  • b. Additional charges, such as two-way tolls, airport fees, and cell phone usage, will also be specified on the billing statement when applicable.
  • c. Please note that published rates may change without prior notice. All rates are computed in the local currency and billed in Canadian dollars using the prevailing exchange rate.
  • d. Regarding deposits, they are non-refundable. In case of a mechanical breakdown during the charter, the company will endeavor to compensate for lost time at a mutually agreed-upon date. However, the client bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the limousine during the rental period, whether by themselves or any members of their group.
  • e. Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law within the vehicle. Any resulting fines will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • f. Damaged seat: $750.00 each, Damaged carpet: $1200.00 each, Damaged mirror/window: $200.00-$600.00 each
  • g. Extensive cleanup (spills, etc.): Minimum charge of $100.00.
  • h. Detailing/shampoo/sanitization and wax (due to sickness, interior/exterior): $350.00.
  • i. Burn hole, rip, or tear to upholstery: Minimum charge of $500.00 each.
  • j. Removal of any item from the vehicle: Three times the listed amounts above.
  • k. Downtime: Loss of revenue calculated per hour as stated in the contract.

10. Acceptable Payment Methods:
We welcome payments made through cash, E-transfer, or all major credit cards. Kindly be aware that a 4% convenience charge is applied to each credit card transaction.

11. Traveling via 407 ETR Toll Road:
The administrative fee per entry is $5.00, along with a rate of $2 per kilometer for Stretch Limos, SUV Limos, and Buses.

11. Wait Time / Stop Time:

  • Domestic flights include 40 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the official posted arrival time. The same applies to International flights. Any additional waiting time will be calculated in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate. A 20% gratuity is also added.
  • For all other reservations, a 15-minute grace period is provided for waiting time. Any extra time will be charged in 15-minute intervals based on the hourly rate specific to the vehicle.
  • Passenger-requested stops during a point-to-point reservation incur a fee of $25.00 per stop, with a maximum duration of 15 minutes. After 5 minutes, changes will be billed at GTA Airport Limo’s hourly rate.
  • For passenger-requested stops off the designated route during point-to-point reservations, additional charges will revert to GTA Airport Limo’s hourly rate.


Service Corporate Account Agreement

By signing this form below, the Company/Corporate Individual acknowledges and agrees to pay for any and all charges invoiced to the company by GTA Airport Limo. The authorizer hereby warrants and represents he/she has the authority to legally bind the Company as set forth herein.

Being the cardholder or Corporate Officer, by signing below I understand and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement, agree to pay, and specifically authorize GTA Airport Limo to charge my credit card, for the transportation services provided. GTA Airport Limo will provide me with an itemized statement detailing all of my charges. I further agree that in the event my credit card becomes invalid, I will provide GTA Airport Limo with a new valid credit card upon request, to be charged for the payment of any outstanding balances owed to GTA Airport Limo. If the Company listed above fails to pay, I personally guarantee payment of all obligations the Company may owe to GTA Airport Limo.

This Agreement, which governs the terms and conditions of the use of the services of GTA Airport Limo, is between the company and it's cardholder (you or Customer), as an authorized user of such services, and GTA Airport Limo. This agreement, together with any operating rules, policies, price schedules, or other supplemental documents expressly incorporated herein by reference and published from time to time by GTA Airport Limo (collectively the Agreement), constitutes the entire agreement between GTA Airport Limo and you regarding the services of GTA Airport Limo, and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, services are defined as any and all car and limousine services provided by GTA Airport Limo to you, your agent(s), employee(s) or assign(s) either now or in the future.

By using the services of GTA Airport Limo, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Charges

  • a. You agree to pay all charges for your use of the services of GTA Airport Limo at the prices then in effect. GTA Airport Limo reserves the right to change prices or institute new charges for its services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing, obtaining and confirming such pricing information. Continued use of the services of GTA Airport Limo or non-termination of your account after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the prices as charged.

  • b. Prices do not include tolls, parking, extra stops, or waiting time, and all charges will be exclusive of a $3.00 voucher processing fee and a Chauffeur's gratuity of 20% (twenty percent), which will be automatically added to your bill.

  • c. You will be invoiced on a semi-monthly basis. Payment of your account balance is due upon receipt. You hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Your account will become past due if such is not paid in full within 30 days of the date of such invoice/bill, and your credit card on file will be charged the full amount due.

  • d. Each time you use the services of GTA Airport Limo, or allow or cause the services of GTA Airport Limo to be used, you agree and reaffirm that GTA Airport Limo is authorized to charge your designated credit card.

  • e. You agree that GTA Airport Limo may (at its option) accumulate charges incurred during your billing cycle and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each cycle, and that GTA Airport Limo may delay obtaining authorization from your card issuer until submission of the accumulated charge(s). This means that accumulated charges may appear on the statement you receive from your card issuer.

2. Customer Representations
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or, as applicable, the age of majority in the state or province in which you reside, and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for the use of the services of GTA Airport Limo (as well as for use of your account by others, including those persons employed by you and to comply with your responsibilities and obligations as stated in this Agreement.

3. Termination
Either you or GTA Airport Limo may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Any such notice by you to GTA Airport Limo must be by certified mail return receipt requested at the business address for GTA Airport Limo located at 5429 Tree Crest Court, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 3Z8, Canada.

4. Payment
GTA Airport Limo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice upon rejection of any card charges or if your card issuer (or its agent or affiliate) seeks return of payments previously made to GTA Airport Limo when GTA Airport Limo believes you are liable for the charge. Such rights are in addition to and not in lieu of any other legal rights or remedies available to GTA Airport Limo.

5. General Terms
THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TORONTO, CANADA., EXCLUDING ITS CONFLICTS-OF-LAW RULES, GOVERN THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OF GTA AIRPORT LIMO IS IN THE TORONTO STATE SUPREME COURT FOR THE COUNTY OF TORONTO.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. GTA Airport Limo's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive GTA Airport Limo's right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights hereunder, and any attempt to the contrary is void. GTA Airport Limo shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from any causes beyond GTA Airport Limo's reasonable control.
